Written for the teachers who can least afford to buy anything
Published Sunday School material is written for churches in countries with printers, budgets and bookshops, and priced accordingly. A volunteer teacher in a Pakistani village cannot buy it, and if somebody bought it for her it would arrive in English, illustrated with children who look nothing like the ones in front of her.
So this curriculum is given away. Not free as a trial, not free for the first few lessons, not free if you register. Free.
What is in every lesson
- A memory verse in English and in Roman Urdu, so it can be learned in the language the children speak at home
- The Bible passage and the big idea in one sentence
- A teaching outline in four short sections a teacher can hold in their head
- An activity that needs no equipment
- A craft made from paper and whatever is to hand
- A closing prayer in the children’s own words
Forty lessons, across four age groups from under-fives to teenagers, covering the Old Testament, the life of Jesus, Easter, the early church and Christian character.
Use it however it helps
Anyone may read, print, photocopy, retype, translate and teach these lessons. You do not need permission and you do not need to tell us. If it helps to print a lesson for a teacher with no phone, print it. If it helps to translate one into Punjabi, Sindhi or Pashto for your own class, translate it.
The only thing asked in return is that it is never sold to a teacher who cannot afford it.
Why it is web pages and not one big file
A curriculum locked inside a single large file helps teachers who already own a laptop and a printer. Most of these teachers own neither. What they do have is a phone. Every lesson is its own page, so a teacher can open Saturday’s lesson on a phone with very little data, in a room with no electricity, and teach straight from it.

Is it really free?
Yes, and it will stay free. Teachers who cannot afford to buy Sunday School material are exactly the teachers this exists for.
May we translate it?
Please do. Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto or any other language. You do not need to ask.
Do we need to be part of your churches to use it?
No. Any church, any denomination, anywhere. It is also used in daily Bible classes at Maranatha Christian High School.
Our teachers have never been trained. Can you help?

What if we have no craft materials at all?
Every lesson is written to be taught with paper, a Bible and a teacher’s voice. The crafts use materials that cost almost nothing, and where a lesson suggests singing it can be sung unaccompanied.
